About the book & the Author

Weeks before my wedding in 1995, I had a vivid dream that changed the course of my life. The man waiting for me at the altar wasn't my fiancé but a friend. Shaken and convinced this was a sign, I instinctively canceled the wedding, despite having meticulously planned it all. This decision, driven by a profound sense of intuition, was a pivotal moment that guided me towards understanding the true essence of love, partnership and what it takes to become a "Power Couple"

From a young age, I was consumed with the quest for my soulmate. This journey led me through numerous dates and relationships, always questioning if each man I met was "the one." My instinctive decision to end my engagement paved the way for meeting my true soulmate, with  whom I have 3 beautiful children and have been happily married for 26 years. 

My professional journey began in chemical engineering, however, my curiosity about human behavior and passion for helping others led me to transition into a coaching career. I brought with me the analytical and problem-solving skills from my engineering background, applying them to the intricacies of human relationships.

In the last 2 decades as a coach, I have dedicated myself to helping couples build fulfilling and enduring relationships. I firmly believe that marriage is not something we are, it's something we do. This belief underpins my approach to marriage. By combining the precision of engineering with the emotional depth of human behaviour, I empower couples to transform their relationships, and become a Power Couple.

This book is a culmination of my personal and professional journey. It debunks the myth that "marriage takes freedom away", that "passion can't survive in a long-term relationship" and offers a model for achieving blissful, liberating unions.

The ideal marriage stands on 4 solid pillars: "ME", "YOU", "OURS" and "US".
